Software/File Format:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or high-res PDFs are accepted.
We can not accept art in Microsoft Word, Publisher or Power Point as they are not capable of producing quality art files needed for printing purposes.
Size/Colors:
Artwork must be supplied to size (product templates are available).
Colors must be defined as Pantone or CMYK colors. Art submitted in RBG will be converted to CMYK. Converting colors may change their appearance.
Clearance & Bleeds:
Clearances are the minimum space required between elements of art and the finished edge of the product. We require that copy be 1/8' in from all template edges, holes or slots. Bleed is the distance the image extends past the finished edge of the product before final cutting. Our standard bleed is 1/8' (.125') for all templates.
Artwork Service:
Our in-house graphics team is available to create a custom design using your supplied high-resolution logo. You will receive your digital proof within 48 hours or less. All orders receive one FREE digital PDF proof, prior to production.
